Person needed to assist in positioning the station with both Account Executives and clients through the proper utilization of research information and marketing tools to increase revenue. This individual will analyze, interpret, and present market and audience research to management and sales staff. Will create presentations for individual advertisers; participate in presentation of research pieces on a daily basis. The Research Director is responsible for conducting bi-annual reviews of Scarborough Research market surveys and continually assessing Nielsen Media Research to ensure proper characteristic representation of all market characteristics. Maintain station intranet databases for sales staffs to include audience ratings, detailed demographic profiles, programming grids, rate cards, advertising pacing reports, and qualitative one-sheets and presentations. Knowledge of LPM’s/Nielsen, One Domain, Scarborough, Microsoft Office, and AdViews is necessary; a four year college degree preferred.
