New coronavirus cases in NC reach number not seen since February; 2,633 people were diagnosed with virus in past 24 hours
— North Carolina reported another 2,633 cases of coronavirus on Wednesday, the highest single-day total since Feb. 26. More than 1,000 people are hospitalized across the state, and 10.8% of virus tests are returning positive.
